Lots of research on the state of cell phone coverage between DC/Woodbrigde VA it looks like verizon or at&t will work ok. After lots of time on wirefly. com and letstalk….New cell phones. Our phones in Japan were 4 years old, but they had cameras, internet (sort of) and all sorts of games (which probably would have been much more fun if I read Japanese….And just because I hadn’t had enough comparative number crunching looking at cars and cell phone plans, I filed a mortgage app with USAA just to have a rate to compare w ith what NVR mortgage is offering….
